2. Wrong Item Received

3. Seal Tampered / Broken

Report: Immediately upon delivery.

Important: Do not accept the package if the outer shipping box or inner product seal appears broken or tampered with.

4. Expired Product

Report within: 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

If the return is approved, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup. Please ensure the product is packed securely.

Refund/Exchange Issued: Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, the refund or replacement will be initiated.
 
Refund Processing Time

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product is successfully received and verified by our team.

COD Orders: For eligible returns on Cash on Delivery orders, we will require your bank account details to process the refund via NEFT within 7-10 business days.
 
Please note: Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable, unless the entire order was cancelled before shipping or the issue was entirely our error.
